On any Team…

There is an unseen force, which is called “heart”.
Just as in the human body, if it’s flowing properly, it promotes growth and life sustaining qualities.
The same goes with the “heart” of the the team, which is made up by the individuals, beating as one.
Because when all the hearts are beating together and in alignment, there is a lot of blood flowing in the right direction.
