The “Next Level”

Recently, people have been coming to me and have displayed reservations on taking their lives to the “Next Level” with respect to their employment.
Maybe it’s the year end reflection, or maybe it’s knowing that the new year is coming up. I haven’t quite figured it out, but it’s definitely a surge in my coaching sessions.
Whatever the reason…I do know that “Most people think more highly of you than you do yourself”, as you have probably heard me say before.
So I say…there is no reason for ANYONE to stay small…go for it, take that chance, push your comfort zone a bit…you still have your “day job” so why not see what’s next and where you can take it…usually, the only roadblock to success between your ears.
