Welcome to the Month of Health Awareness!!

What a great time to try some different things, for the mind and the body.
Exercise can be fun, forget the term “work”out… exercise is movement, why have we been so resistant to movement?? As the saying goes, “If you don’t use it you’ll lose it”. So let’s start moving.
Many of us have gotten in the habit of eating food that tastes good in place of eating food that is good for us. In my coaching, most people have just decided to be more mindful of what they eat on their road to being more healthy. So just start off being more mindful and you’ll most likely see the results.
And for the mind… Have you been stinkin’ thinkin’, or maybe need a check up from the neck up??? This month starts a new You!!! YOU are a WINNER, you see the positive and let go of the negative, life is great and you are grateful and thankful for everything in it… because that’s the way you roll.
Remember, this month is not punishment, it is the opportunity to add years to your life and life to your years!!
