Or not – occasionally we get hit and sometimes blind sided by a situation in our lives that can have the impact of an “Emotional Tornado”.
We cannot always control what comes into our lives, but we can always be in control of what comes out of our minds.
So if you are unexpectedly hit by a “Storm”, just batten down the hatches and wait it out…for it will lose it’s steam in short order.
